I like that we can create custom reports to provide specific details about every aspect of our customers' accounts. It would be great if there was an option for multiple profiles per account - this allows us to have different types of data per profile but it's not possible at present. The report builder is also very clunky. This could use some work as well to make it easier for non-technical people to navigate through all the options available.
