Great for tracking everything you need, including social media

The platform is very easy to navigate and has many features that are useful in my daily work as an Account Executive at BH Media Group. I like how it's so customizable. We have been able to use most of our existing CRM tools with this software since it integrates directly into Salesforce. It also allows us to track all communications from one place which helps me keep up-to-date with everyone involved in any given project. There isn't anything that I dislike about using prospxt. Great Platform for Lead Generation and Marketing Automation

I love how easy it is to create new campaigns with multiple variables that have been pre-selected by our team! The customer service has also helped us get through any issues or questions quickly when needed - they are always available via email/phone call if need be!! We were able to use this in conjunction of an existing CRM solution but would highly recommend having your own dedicated platform as well so there isn't data duplication between platforms (as some other companies might do). Easily

Great Platform, Needs More Connectivity and Better Sales Tracking

The ability to have an email list of leads that are automatically notified when I send them information or updates is great! We can also track our open rates as well which helps us keep up with how effective each piece of content has been at converting prospects into clients. Not much so far - but it's still in its infancy stage. It would be nice if they could integrate their product more fully with HubSpot CRM (Salesforce). This way all my contact info will sync between both platforms…
