Very comfortable, but a lot of dust comes out. ---- The carpet is great. But if you use it on very dirty carpet, rug or mat, it spits dust all over the instrument. It collects dust and dirt, but ends up with a lot of dust on the outside of the case. When the dust is spat out, the part that holds the wand doesn't spin well because of all the dust. and dirt.

I used the $300 nozzle after it hit the market where I got a different hose and another had to attach cables and the nozzle was heavy. This turbo head is amazing! So easy. Attaches quickly and easily. And it works just as well for 1/6 the price! In fact, it is more suitable for large items. It works better than my expensive nozzle on hardwood floors, but still not as good as the regular nozzle. But I don't need it for hardwood floors. I'm sorry I didn't buy it right away.

It couldn't have been better for hard floors of all types, but while it picked up carpets well, it wasn't good at picking up pet hair. So I bought this nozzle for carpets and I am very satisfied. It does an impressive job and is very fast with a backpack. I couldn't be happier. The best advice. Do like the pros and use this device in very large office buildings.

Worked great when bought but now the brush won't spin. I cleaned the brush but it still won't spin. It's not suitable for a professional team's wand, so all you have to do is push it in as hard as you can (unfortunately this causes it to pop out from time to time). I've only had it for 5 weeks, used it once a week, but by the 3rd week it was slowing down, by the 4th week it just stopped working. So in my fifth week, I had to go back to the original pro-team flathead for the vacuum.

This brush is much better than the original turbo brush. Works great on hard floors. It could be better on carpet. Suction is great until something gets stuck (this happens a lot) and you expect more given it's a commercial vacuum. Had to replace the turbo brush and hose the first year because they broke at $71.98 plus tax (the turbo brush was $51.99 and the off brand hose was $19.99).
