Easy install, wear gloves and buy hose clamps.

This wrap has more green in it than the picture shows. I was hoping for a "dirty white' look. If your looking for the same get the white. It was easy enough to put on without having to remove my exhaust. WEAR GLOVES. I've worked with insulation before but its been 3 days and this stuff still itches. The metal bands that come with it don't get tight enough so I used the hose clamps off my exhaust covers. Check the measuring chart before ordering because I ordered way more than I needed. If…

Pros
  • easy to instal.
Cons
  • The locking ties may not be long enough to wrap around certain areas

Worth the itch good for me

This wrap works awesome! I soaked it in a five gallon bucket of water and used the gloves but still made me itchy as hell. I bought 4 100ft rolls and wrapped my long tubes all the way down and my xpipe. Still got about a roll and a 3rd left. Used all the zip ties tho. Took a few days of itching and it sucked bolting everything back up into place but well worth it.

Pros
  • I used this product to reduce the noise on my RV generator exhaust.
Cons
  • The wrap may not provide enough protection for riders or passengers

Better than expected!

Absolutely better than expected. I assumed it would be an ugly frayed mess based on some other reviews, but that doesnt matter for a downpipe your never see so I bought it. It installed beautifully and looks just fine. Minor hairs here and there, but honestly its a great product and I was very pleased with how it handled. Ill update once Ive run it a few hundred miles!

Pros
  • High resistance to abrasions, oil spills, temperatures and vibration breakdown.
Cons
  • The locking ties may be difficult to secure in certain areas

Definitely better options out there.

It will Fray, and it will only reduce heat to a certain point. It's also an affordable wrap, but with some exploration, you may be able to find a better option. It comes with Steel Zip Ties that can be a pain, but otherwise, work. Not a bad option considering it does work, and it can help clean up the looks of exposed exhaust pipes with some effort and attention to detail to reduce fraying.

Pros
  • Works great and looks even better
Cons
  • The wrap may not be able to handle extreme weather conditions

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Awful weave. Immediately frays as soon as package opened.

I've wrapped multiple downpipes, headers, dump tubes, etc and this is the hands-down worst wrap I've ever used. As soon as you start handling it, it begins to fray and unravel making it almost impossible to handle. if you need to fit it in a tight space between collector tubes, good luck, it'll fray even more, and when you try to secure the wrap, it just looks like trash. I wrapped one runner and stopped using it. I'll just toss it in the garbage.

Pros
  • Can prolong the life of engine parts
Cons
  • The titanium may expand or contract with temperature changes, causing potential damage to surrounding parts

Works good for my opinion

Works really good but soak it in water beforehand and WEAR rubber or latex gloves before handling or you’ll regret it. Exhaust.

Pros
  • Exhaust
Cons
  • The wrap may not work effectively with aftermarket exhaust systems

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Better then nothing

Not to bad, order ties separate over half in the 2 boxes I ordered didn’t work had to get from parts store for lot more. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Works as advertised. Make sure to follow instructions and wet the material before installing.
Cons
  • The locking ties can be easily broken if not handled properly

Best heat wrap I've used so far

I gave it a 5 star mainly because it does the job and looks great on my bike the only this I will say is wear gloves and and a mask the fiber glass will get on you also I recommend you wet it even though it says you don't have too

Pros
  • Queda muy bien , lo instale en una scrambler ninet. Con paciencia
Cons
  • The titanium wrap can be difficult to work with for those who are inexperienced

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Definitely use gloves

Also do not use the metal ties they provide. It will end up coming apart and flapping while you're going down the highway. Ended up pulling over and used a zip tie. Also don't touch it with your hands. May not be fiberglass but dear lord that stuff is annoying if you get it on your hands

Pros
  • Protects riders and passengers from hot exhaust pipes
Cons
  • The wrap may not be able to handle frequent exposure to high-pressure washing

Good pipe wrap good for me

Good pipe wrap. Seems to work fine. But the best part is the documentation that comes with it. See the photo. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Lightweight for minimal impact on performance
Cons
  • The locking ties may not be able to withstand outside elements such as rain, snow, or wind

Seems OK but not enough clips

Have not road tested this to any great extent. But in terms of installation give us more clips. At least twice the amount. You need them. And if your thought is to wrap the mufflers forget it with the clips that are provided. But even ignoring that, need more. The material itself real easily so be carful. Also when you try to tighten the clips, upon final tightening, use needle nose and bend back so it will really tighten.

Pros
  • Quiets exhaust noise
Cons
  • The locking ties may become loose over time, requiring readjustment

Perfect addition to my cafe racer

Installation was pretty straight forward - wet them in a bucket before install. Clips are holding great. Smoked during/after first run, but hasn’t since. Very happy with them.

Pros
  • Can improve fuel efficiency
Cons
  • The titanium may not be able to withstand exposure to salt water or ocean environments

Too many fibers: my feedback

I’ve wrapped two exhausts before using some other unknown brands and this one was different. SOOOOOO many fibers. If you use this brand do not take your gloves off! Even for a min. Spent hours trying to remove all the embedded fibers from my fingers.

Pros
  • Reduces the risk of accidental burns
Cons
  • The wrap may not be able to handle frequent exposure to dirt or debris

Huge heat reduction on my Brass Balls bobber!

Easily THE best $20 I ever spent! Massive reduction in felt heat. The same has to be true heat retention inside the pipes which reduces scavenging effect and thereby increases power a little. Not to mention the custom street racer look it gives which btw coincidentally perfectly matches my oil tank badge. Here's before & after pics. I'm pleased as punch!

Pros
  • Made from eco-friendly materials
Cons
  • The locking ties may not be able to withstand constant exposure to sunlight

This Heat Rap does Exactly what is Expected.

Fantastic Product. This is my 3rd roll I have bought. Used it on many Motorcycle projects.YES! I will Continue buying this product.

Pros
  • Good product, but fibers are dangerous. BE CAREFUL INSTALLING THIS.....
Cons
  • The locking ties may not fit around larger exhausts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Makes a really nice accent to my bike

Great product easy install looks great so far it’s held it’s color would recommend this product and I will buy again Good.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • The wrap may not fit over certain parts of the exhaust, such as curves or bends

Go-kart fun in my review

Put this wrap on kiddo's go-kart header so they'd quit melting hoodies to it this stuff is just like D.E.I's high dollar wrap and now having used both this is a killer deal for the kit you get

Pros
  • Narrow. 3" would be a lot easier to use and install. Hard to do a neat over lap wrap.
Cons
  • This product is not a universal fit, so it may not work with all motorcycles or ATVs

WEAAAARRRR GLOOOOVES

Looks great, keeps the pipes cool so when you're sitting in traffic, your eyebrows don't burn off!WEAR GLOVES! I'm STILL trying to scrub out the fiber glass from my bare hands. I didn't wet it like others, but I don't think it would matter. I still should have worn GLOVES!It was a little windy so I wasn't too worried about getting it into my lungs, but I should have worn one of those wonderful coronavirus masks while applying it. I mean, it's fiberglass!Did I mention that you should wear gloves

Pros
  • Sleek and stylish design
Cons
  • The wrap may not be thick enough to provide adequate insulation
