I was looking for outdoor surge protectors and didn't realize after listing a few that this applies to ALL surge protectors. My fault so I'll keep it. Be careful and check the details. The packaging says it can't even be used for a home aquarium.

We're about to move into a new house and the old surge protector shows up at least once a week or so since it's over five years old. We decided to replace it in a new house. We need a longer cord to power our computer desk and a 15 foot cord is just the right length. I also liked having charging ports for our phones and tablets on a good heavy duty surge protector. This surge protector has enough ports for printers, computers, and routers, making it a perfect fit for our needs.

Bought long before I really needed it, took it out of the box about 2 weeks after the return period had expired. Unfortunately, row 5 of the sockets was DOA. Nothing is switched off in these sockets. 3 separate ports and 2 USB ports work. But I needed about 8 sockets. These are just numbers, due to the pandemic, the items I ordered were nowhere near delivered. And now I'm left with a basically useless extension cord and no way to return it or even get a refund.

I have several of these extension cords, I'm an artist and I have a lot of things that need to provide power in a small space and this strip surge protector works beautifully. And when we had a power outage for a few days and I had to buy a small generator, extension cords were worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend them. Two USB ports are a nice addition to an already great device.

Excellent product. The only downside is that the USB charging ports don't charge my phone. Works on some usb cport devices but not on my s10+ phone.

Overall: Functional, well made, long cord for storage. Details: Practical arrangement of sockets and USB ports. Thick cable 15 feet long. and surge protection. I particularly like the highly visible yellow metal box. Wouldn't change a thing, perfect.

After inspecting this item, I was surprised at how durable it is. For the price I expected it to be a flimsy item. I was very pleased that the band is durable and I expect it to last a lifetime. So far this power strip has worked flawlessly. The construction is solid. The cable is long and heavy. everything i needed I use it in church and it works very well. Time will tell if it survives continued use and abuse. The only problem? You guessed it: Made in CHINA! UPDATE (05/16/21): I received an email notification that someone was wondering if they could handle their air fryer (1800w). I look at the rating information on the back of the actual connector box. It says it can handle 15 amps…
