I bought this for use with an aquarium so I can easily switch off individual components without unplugging. That works great. The forks are spaced far enough that I had no problem filling each fork. The only point of improvement would really be to swap both rows of forks.

It's amazing. I was hoping this would be different from my others as my large plugs would match and they do! The cord is so long that you don't need an extension cord. I also love buttons to turn off specific ones without finding the switch and turning off the entire strip. I'm an indoor orchid grower so it's perfect for my timers, grow lights and heaters. Now these will be the only expansions I'll ever get.

I chose this power strip because I have space to charge all my power tool chargers and I love the idea of being able to turn off charging sockets that draw electricity even when not in use . . I wish all the outlets were switchable, but half are individually switchable and there are plenty of outlets for other things. I didn't really need 12 sockets where I was going to use this, but it's nice to have extras in case my needs change. Not sure why this even has a place to give stars 'per trip' as apparently that's not what it was designed for at all. If you need one for travel I'd say look elsewhere, it's quite bulky.
