Firstly the plug is flat and doesn't protrude from the wall which was key for this extension and where I need to use it. Large distance between sockets and 3 USB ports make it fantastic. gives me more space to connect things. The great test of time will be how long the USB socket will last. With others (not the brand or style I bought) they always stop working 6 months to a year after I get the strip. I'm so happy I will update if this changes

It has been a month since I bought this socket and I can say that it works great! I like the design. It has a very sleek look. Compared to my old outlet, I can now fit any plug into any outlet without jamming or clogging. One of the main things I bought about this outlet is that it has a right angle spade plug. My desk was always squeezing my output cord because it bent. Now I don't have to worry anymore.

I needed to increase the distance between the outlets for our entertainment corner, so it looked promising. The cable is long enough, the sockets are well spaced, but there are also problems. The fork is flat but points in the wrong direction. I had to buy one that rotates. I figured I could live with a misleading plug because at least it was well spaced and wall mountable. I wanted to attach it to the wall and saw how small the holes were. Then I figured I'd go with smaller screws, but no luck

I bought it to hang on the wall so I can plug in various plugs that double up and look dirty. When I opened it up, I looked at the mounting holes on the back. You are small! Each wall mount hole is LESS than 1/4" in diameter! Can you imagine the size of the screw that would need to be used to install this? It's quite heavy and with the ability to connect/charge ELF items as said, I'm pretty sure it won't stay on the wall for long at all, for that reason it's being returned Looks good for a desk

Update 30 December 2020 I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly. Unfortunately, their answer regarding the wall mount of this device was far from helpful. Basically I was told that I could mount it on a table and that no screws or mounting templates were included. If anyone has installed this unit on a wall, could you provide a link to the screws/anchors used? I just received this extension and I have to say it looks great. I wish I had had this kind of power surge much sooner. It's nice that I can plug in all my devices, so I can use any outlet. With the longer extension cord, I couldn't use all the outlets because the wide power adapters blocked the empty slot. Also the joule rating is the amount I was looking for. This power strip also has USB slots that work well. I can use this for my phone instead of using a surge protector. It is neither heavy nor bulky. Would buy again.

Wow. Network filters have come a long way! Not just your dad's power strip for extra outlets. This gives you (3) USB ports in addition to 8 plugs. I use it for my phone and it charges the battery 2% in less than (2) hours. Now consider that Samsung also has a fast charger on offer. Of course, you can save money and charge your phone with USB. I bought extra for the bed. I used an extension cord to charge the battery which took 6-8 hours. Aren't we spoiled for wanting everything "right now"?

Power adapters aren't sexy, but they are useful if you choose the right type. For me I needed a 90 degree connector as the closet blocked normal connectors. I also liked that the plugs are not squeezed together, so you could say it has more connections. I use this every day and have my USB-C cables and two Lightning connectors plugged in constantly.
