Update 30 December 2020 I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly. Unfortunately, their answer regarding the wall mount of this device was far from helpful. Basically I was told that I could mount it on a table and that no screws or mounting templates were included. If anyone has installed this unit on a wall, could you provide a link to the screws/anchors used? I just received this extension and I have to say it looks great. It has all the features I was hoping for. I have an issue with it (possibly forcing me to return it while waiting for a manufacturer call back): mounting to the wall appears late because the keyhole slots are so small that only the smallest screw head will fit. And if only very small screws fit into the grooves, how are they supposed to hold this device firmly to the wall? Should it come with screws for wall mounting? If yes, then no. Also, there was no template for attaching the screws to the wall. (Actually, no instructions or documents came with it.) I'll give the manufacturer a few days to respond. If there is no reply, I will send it back. (If I get an answer I will upgrade my rating accordingly).
