🚙 Tail Light Guard Protector for Jeep Wrangler JK JKU Rubicon Sahara 2007-2018 Review

Gave 3 stars just because it fits my taillights. It's probably excellent with stock taillights, but mine is aftermarket. The lower right screw did not fit, the length was not enough. The spacers were useless as the aftermarket holes were deeper. I like the quality and thickness of the protection. In general a pleasant product.

powder paint looked like measles. The cross member tubes were only half welded to the frame. The open pipe ends are visible from behind. Rust was present in the pockets above the guards. Metal parts, including very small screws, were thrown into the packaging box. A long screw pierced the seal and scratched the protection. I'm ordering again to see if this was an isolated incident or if it's just junk from the Pearl River Delta.

These taillight grilles are the best on the market. Coated with textured powder paint. They are round not flat cheap. Super easy to install and looks absolutely AMAZING! This type of protection protects the rear light particularly better than other styles. They fit nicely around the taillight but don't hit the taillight like other styles. Thus, with a slight curvature of the fender, there is space between the protective cover and the taillight to avoid damaging the taillight. I explain this from my own experience. I don't usually write reviews, I've only had one before, but this product was just awful. It was complete rubbish. where to start Welds are exposed, they don't sit flush with the frame, allowing water to get in and cause rust. The lugs are poorly welded, some are barely attached and most are bent making it impossible to install a guard. The cover, whatever it is, looks like a cheap sheet, it's torn, warped and puddled.
