As a result of using this product I found that my shifting became much smoother and more precise. The insert was easy to install and made a noticeable improvement in my automotive performance .The only downside was that it took a bit of time to break in completely..

I replaced the bottom bracket and tried this set of inserts. I've read that others have had to cut off parts of the mount's material to get it to fit. I played around with this for a while and felt that I was removing too much of the mount and there wouldn't be a stable mount. I don't blame the mount kit as some of these may come from the mount manufacturer, but the insert kit isn't perfect either.
