Great tools in torque wrenches

My first torque wrench. I hand tightened the nut with a forging machine. An indispensable tool for home use and maintenance of our car. Worth the money and very happy with my investment.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

It was definitely an improvement over my old torque wrench! I really like how it locks in at the torque setting you want - no more finger tightening hoping it doesn't change! A quality product for the home garage. worth $$$.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Nice 1/2 " Torque Wrench

Made in America by PROTO, a longtime industrial tool maker. Easy to use, just slide the locking ring down a little and turn the handle to the torque you want. You must align with the vertical centerline and you're done.Comes with a protective blowout box to keep it in good condition for decades.-Nate

Proto is still the best!

This torque wrench is fantastic. I've had one of these for over 30 years with no problems. My tool box was stolen so I had to replace it. Proto, still the same quality, still the best. For most automotive applications there is no better torque wrench for the money, a lifetime investment.

Pros
  • power tools and hand tools
Cons
  • I'll write later

Do you want to buy quality PROTO

Best buy for your money. Used it the day it arrived, great torque wrench. PROTO is still made in the USA, the key came in a case and had a hand signed test certificate. It might cost more, but if you want a tool that will last you for years, then this is it. Also, it's almost nice to use!

Pros
  • Hand tool
Cons
  • Long delivery time
