Good Customer Service & Excellent Product

I like that it allows me to create social proof in my sales materials, and have it show up instantly for my buyers. It's very easy to use, even if you're brand new to social media. The only thing I dislike about this software is how difficult it is to find someone who can help you with your questions or problems. Some of our customers are not technical savvy at all, so we need to train them on how to use this product. This helps our clients understand that they need to do their research before…

Great platform designed especially keeping small businesses/entrepreneurs like me very happy

The app is easy to use, has many modules with features that can be customised for your business needs and it works well across all devices (mobile & web). It also supports different languages which makes life easier when you have an international customer base. This has been a very beneficial product when it's been needed! !

The ability for my team of sales reps in our organization (multiple offices)to share content with their peers via LinkedIn, Twitter etc., has been very beneficial! It gives them more opportunities than just emailing links or using Salesforce Chatter as it allows us all access at once from anywhere we are working online/offline!!
