This loom makes a HUGE hat! I wear a very large 7 7/8 hat and the hat this loom makes floats freely on my head. The loom can be useful for making flat items up to about 32 inches wide. At 7/8" the caliber is slightly wider. There are 41 pins and the outer circumference of the pins is 34.5 inches.
