bad results for my intended application

How I want this antenna, it didn't give me the results I was looking for. To provide some context I wanted to use this in a conversion car project along with a MoFi router. I liked the unobtrusive nature and the fact that it serves my WiFi + 4G/LTE from a single antenna. Unfortunately, all of my tests showed little to no improvement in my connectivity. I assumed that since my MoFi antennas are in the van my connection would be essentially garbage, but I think they work better than I thoughtโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Compatible with multi-radio routers and modems from companies like CalAmp, Cisco, Cradlepoint, Digi, MoFi, Pepwave, Proxicast, Sierra Wireless and many more
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Not suitable for computers and accessories

I liked the length of the cables that came with it, except they make Nighthawk much more difficult to install and test uses it in dual MIMO with TS9 adapters and I noticed a 0-1dB gain when plugged in and installed. Worse than useless, now I have a hole in the wall and a useless antenna.

Pros
  • Combines 2 LTE + 2 Wi-Fi + 1 GPS antenna in one slim weatherproof housing

This antenna has become our standard antenna for mobile fire brigades. Easy to install with appropriate length cables to connect to our cradlepoints.

Pros
  • The 1.26" ultra-low profile, rugged housing is vandal resistant and ideal for transportation, telematics and remote monitoring. Extra long coaxial cables for large vehicles - buses, trains, trucks, vans, ambulances, taxis
