The ability to create custom reports with ease, along side an easy access dashboard that allows for real time data analysis & reporting from anywhere in our organization at any given point during operations seasonality or even non seasonal activities like event planning etc., also has really helped us reduce manual work by automating some processes as well (like inventory counting). The support team was friendly, highly responsive to our needs, knowledgeable in their product offerings, easy implementation process with no surprises or issues that we needed help resolving - they provided all this and more! I like that we have been able to create our own custom reports using multiple fields in order for us, as well at customer's request! The interface could be more intuitive though; sometimes it was hard or impossible (or very slow)to get around certain parts by clicking directly instead with mouse clicks/etc.; however this would require an update from their side so maybe they're working actively towards fixing those issues? The best part about Prozo is that it's easy to use and integrate with other systems. We have been able to save time and money by integrating our ERP system with Prozo. It has given our organization a competitive advantage over its competitors. There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about this product.
