The support team was friendly, highly responsive to our needs, knowledgeable in their product offerings, easy implementation process with no surprises or issues that we needed help resolving - they provided all this and more! We were able to implement it without too much trouble (relatively speaking). There was also some initial confusion around how we should be billing for services as there are multiple ways you can do so depending upon your provider's preference. Once those details have been sorted out, everything else fell into place quickly once things got rolling. It has made tracking inventory very efficient.
