I was very excited when I got my glass because I'm a mental health counselor and thought it was catchy! However, the letter arrived within a week and I am very disappointed.

A bit disappointed because it's phasing out but I don't think its purpose was NOT to leak. Very nice no matter what. Beautiful rose gold color and great feel. Very pretty and perfect for my kitchen 😊

I bought this as a birthday present for my granddaughter who is always analyzing the family. She will love it, as will I. She will be 15 in a few days and plans to go to college to study child psychology. Thought it would make a great gift as she loves hot tea in the morning. The color is perfect and just the right size! Thank you for your product.

Large mug that keeps liquids hot or cool for a long time. But my wife's problem is that the lid doesn't close quite tightly, so a small drop or two of liquid always spills out when she takes a sip. Annoying to have to clean the rim of the cup after every sip. If we remove the lid you can see the liquid that has wrapped around the rubber seal so it obviously doesn't fit properly. Otherwise it's a good cup.

I like everything about it except for one typo. The fancy color seems to be persistent, but unfortunately the gifted speech therapist it was intended for never has time to use it. The first "r" in the diagnosis is not fully connected, making it look almost like a "y". The replacement I ordered arrived the same way. Small downside but it doesn't appear in the advertised image and I certainly didn't expect to receive it twice with the same error. Both return.
