Well made, fits as expected considering I got a bit tall as my son recently grew up and gained some weight from cabin fever, but I would say it should be true to size for the most part. Soft material and strong seams. Should last him a long time. The product itself deserves all 5 stars but the shipping and billing nonsense on Ebay is the reason I only gave it 4 stars. Nevertheless, I recommend them and will order again myself, regardless of previous problems.

These are regular shorts. You are a bit thin. But not good thin, silky. I don't like this feeling at all. But they fit him well now. I wouldn't buy them again. But it's growing so fast it's not worth sending them back.

Very disappointed. I really like the style, but because of the poor quality of the tailoring, this thing is all wrinkled. I had to pay for shipping and they want me to pay for the return shipping.

These shorts were a hit with our 12 year old. He wanted long (maybe knee length) shorts for Christmas and loved them. They are very soft and form fitting, long but not bulky. Happy to have found the shorts he loves at a good price.

My son is an average weight and height, he liked the length and fabric, but the waist is too big, a smaller size would be too short, so I'm returning without the drawstring.

My son is very skinny and has trouble finding pants for his small waist. He normally wears a size 16 at Childrens Place, but it's almost impossible to find that size anywhere else. I gave them a chance and they work well for him. The elastic is tight enough to hold them.

My 11.5 year old son is tall and needs a plus size but his waist is smaller than a size 12-14 so I had to take the waist. These shorts do not have an adjustable drawstring waist. Otherwise it's a great pair of pants.

Shown in Puma Black option. We got the black/grey striped shorts first and my son loved them so we ordered the Puma Black shorts in the same size and they were obviously bigger - way too big! Both variants are soft and not too thick, but not too thin either. Both hang well and both have pockets. The pockets are made from the same material as the shorts (rather than mesh like some athletic shorts). I bought 4 pairs of these shorts for my son - they fit perfectly and the quality is great. My son is 11 years old, he is in the 6th grade; He's 4ft 8" and weighs 100lbs: the 'large' size of these Puma shorts fits him perfectly. He wore these shorts to baseball camp all summer and they worked well for football too.
