Inner enjoyment and eye-catching execution of this simple bag.

The inner joy and screaming satisfaction that this simple bag has brought back to my workout is palpable. I poured into my rice and I can only say that the minus of this bag is the weight. If you have weak walls, consider a smaller bag. But the ultimate stress reliever that will help you soak up your punches.

Broke after 3 weeks

I've only been using this bag for 3 weeks and every time you hit it sand comes out of the zipper and makes a huge mess. Also, tonight when I was working out, the top connectors came loose. I use it 5 times a week for 30 minutes a day so it becomes useless after only 15 uses. Since the bag's purpose is to hit, its sole purpose is basically flawed. Do not buy!

High-quality hanging punching bag.

Quality hanging bag. The best I've ever had. filled with copper BB balls. Be careful of the stuffing you use - it can make a triple bag quite heavy. I chose to only fill the middle compartment 3/4 full with carriages because it's quite heavy. However, the construction of punching bags and their heavy seams should prove to be very durable. Have fun with your studying!

Well done. Great training tool.

It's fantastic. I filled them with sand for playgrounds. I am a Xingyiquan practitioner and teacher and this has become my favorite punch pad. I prefer it to my busty bob punching bag as the duck's response and sand-filled leather surface are phenomenal for conditioning. The addition of faux leather to the face means I can easily punch them with my bare fists/palms. The construction, flap and back zip closure and D-ring attachment are excellent. Highly recommended.

I won't even argue with people who tell me I'm stupid. The seller told me I could keep the item as a "gift from my mother". They claimed she did it with her own hands. Good. Well, Mom should probably put on her glasses in the morning because the stitches on this thing unravel worse than a drunk…
