I think all sellers overpay for this filter but it really works! Still better than carrying boxes of unnecessary plastic around the house

These are not polyurethane filters. some unbranded. Real PUR filters are labeled PUR and FRONT on one side. If I wanted another brand I would buy it but the description says it is a PUR brand.

- I bought this item on July 11, 2019. The first filter was ok, tried the second. I can't turn on the green light. So I tried the 3rd same thing. Can be reset but can't find where it is. I use a public reverse osmosis water system, but these activated carbon filters even remove the chemical odor from the water. I often show people with two glasses of tap water placed side by side, but I encourage them to close their eyes and sniff to see if they can tell me which one got through that filter. That's a noticeable difference. I suspect if this was my main filter in a well water system they would quickly run out.

These filters will filter out all or almost all scale and limescale. I can't drink water in our area, I can't filter out the calcium in it. Our water heater proves how much there is by the amount that accumulates in it and needs to be cleaned. These polyurethane water filters filter the water really well. triple effect.
