Perfect for finishing touches, the shape and size is ergonomic in my small hands and serves as a comfortable extension. The bristles are well anchored and don't loosen or fall out while still providing an overall stability that suits me. I get a lot more accuracy and fewer errors when cutting at an angle. After cleaning, it is ready for further work.

This is an amazing brush and I have tried several. Correct shape and perfect softness to cut clean lines. I used it to repaint my wife's art studio and storage area - two windows, the front door and nine interior doors, as well as paneling and a crown and baseboard mound. I repainted a darker finish color and the first coat was amazing and required almost no touch up with a second coat.

I needed a brush to paint over what used to be a big hole in our wall. I am by no means a professional artist. The spot I painted over was the size of my palm. I don't know if it was me or the brush or both but wow! I am amazed at how smoothly it glided. He draws so well. Package arrived torn and damaged! Anyone who knows anything about brushes knows that if you ever plan to use it again, the packaging is part of the brush! My useless came in like someone had used it before! On a brush. I have 40 year old Purdy brushes that still paint like the first day! I have mild OCD so I keep them clean and in their original packaging. This Clear Cut series is by far the best brush I own and I have several! The professional paint shop doesn't even sell them! I'm not a house painter by trade but I've painted almost all of the walls and ceiling in our house since we bought it about 5 years ago - some of them 3 or 4 times after questionable color choices (saw at the paint shop look good! Don't judge too harshly!). I'm TERRIBLE with brushes - with a particular tendency to put the brush aside to use a roller for a while and completely forget about the brush until it dries to a wad of colored latex and bristles - so I always buy the cheapest what I find.
