Love it! I don't know why I haven't been able to buy this product for so long! After cancer and surgery, you spend a lot of time doing nothing. It really helps me relax without worrying about my iPhone or iPad falling out of bed or getting lost when I fall asleep. Thank you for making a quality product at a reasonable price.

The block doesn't fit on a big iPad, it's going under. Good for a smaller iPad, or the phone won't hold large iPad cases on a table or in the lowest setting.

The product worked fine for 3 months and then broke. The metal alloy piece that holds the clip for your phone or iPad broke off and is now virtually unusable. I'm not sure if the weight of the iPad has anything to do with it, my iPad is a 12.9" first generation iPad Pro and yes it's a bit heavy in the hand. But the fact that this product is just Lasts 3 months is useless to me Clean, do you offer return or exchange for a new one?

This thing has a very strong flexible gooseneck that actually holds my heavy iPad Pro 12.9 in the Zugu sleeve. The problem is the thinner white top of the neck which isn't rigid enough to support my device. I can understand why they added this detail as the floor is so stiff it takes two hands to move it into its new position. However, it just doesn't fit my heavier device. First let me say that it is easy to use and safe for tablets. I didn't have to worry about it slipping off or my hand slipping off the table entirely. I got this because I was looking for a way to keep my daughter from getting that close to her iPad while she's watching the show. As for that, it works. I gave her 4 stars because she wobbles a lot and fidgets with her seat which causes the "pink arm" to sag a bit.
