Perfect Fit, Great Taste

I love this water filter! 5 minutes to install, works great, no tools required, water tastes great. One tip: Follow the seller's instructions EXACTLY when tightening the filter housing. DO NOT TIGHTEN WITH ALL! And don't tighten to click. Stop at least one lap before you think you should. It will look like it isn't fully screwed on, but don't worry. In my case it didn't flow at all. Then attach to the tap and let the water run through the filter for about 30-40 seconds. As the brochure says…

Don't use the instructions. There is an installation video in the product photos.

The filter itself is great and if you contact the company they will answer your questions with pictures and be friendly. However, depending on your sink, installing this thing can be tricky. This guide is terrible and is not hosted online. So if you dunk them on installation, you're out of luck. The manual doesn't even say clearly which way the filter is pointing, nor does it show the little plastic O-ring that's bound to fall down the sink if you don't know about it. I know because I kept…

Bad Experience All Around

This is my experience with this product and as in other reviews you can see people have had great experiences with it and I hope they have, unfortunately this is me not the case . I bought this product twice because I thought it was a good product and after my first try it deserved a second chance.
