Review on 💧 Enhanced Filtration with PURIFY Multi Stage Faucet Water Filter by Richard Sallah

This is my experience with this product and as in other reviews you can see people have had great experiences with it and I hope they have, unfortunately this is me not the case . I bought this product twice because I thought it was a good product and after my first try it deserved a second chance. My first attempt with this product was entirely my fault so let me be clear I overtightened the filter cap and when the vacuum seal happened I couldn't take it apart no matter how hard I tried to clean it. Disappointed but not defeated, I decided to give this product another chance, I ordered the product again, this time following the instructions in the email. It worked great for a while, had a few issues removing the lid but that was just due to heavy use. The problem the second time around was that after a recent cleaning I reinstalled the filter element and it was leaking from every conceivable point as I turned it over to filter the water. I checked the manual and saw that it could be a build up of limescale and other substances and all I had to do was take it off and leave it in a vinegar and water mixture which I thought was fine. Here the last problem happened, all my life I could not remove the adapter nozzle from my sink. No matter what I tried, it didn't spin at all. When I put this on I made sure nothing was too tight, I learned that lesson the hard way. I loosened and tightened everything several times to make sure I got it off. Although I now have to call maintenance at my building to have this adapter removed. All in all I'm happy to see that people had a good experience, but for me it's been nothing short of disappointment after disappointment and I hope nobody has to go through what I did.
