Disrupted my cat's metabolism.

I have a six year old cat and a 13 year old cat. I bought the light ripe one thinking I could feed it to both cats. After 2 months of cat food I noticed my younger cat needed constant water refreshment and seemed desperately hungry. He was shockingly thin. I took him to the vet and she confirmed he had diabetes. Now I have to give him insulin shots twice a day. He hasn't reported back yet. Meanwhile, my senior cat has gained 2 pounds. I do NOT recommend this food for cats.

Not what I ordered, best in dry

Purine One Vibrant Maturity 7+ dry cat food was advertised and I ordered. Instead I got Senior 7+. Contacted Purina and they said it was just a name change. It is not true. This is a different product and my cats don't like it. Contacted Revain who credited my money without having to return the item. I donated to the local pet feed charity. Still on Revain as Vibrant Maturity you still get Senior 7+. I can't find it in my house either, and I'm not thrilled to have to change my older cats' diet…

All 3 older cats became ill from this food.

I've had great luck with their sensitive and house versions of this product but as my cats are older I gave this product a try. got severe diarrhea and hair problems. He got so sick that we took him to the vet twice and to a specialist. It wasn't until we eliminated them from the diet and put them on a prescription diet that they went back to normal. I'm not sure if we had a bad batch. or what, but this food was a very expensive mistake for us and made our cats miserable.

Healthy cat food - cats

My cat is 10 years old and came to us with dental and respiratory problems. This meal was great for his diet and so were we. It's not too hard, so teeth and gums don't hurt like other types of kibble. It also helps him maintain a good weight and his breathing is not difficult. Ever since we changed his food, he runs into the kitchen and stands by his bowl every morning while I fill it. His digestive health has also improved and he no longer throws away undigested scraps of food like he used to…

no more puke!

We have an elderly lady who is vomiting for unknown reasons (from the vet). After reading many reviews online about this particular product, we decided to give it a try. We've tried so many products that claim to relieve stomach problems and teach cats to vomit and it's all been a waste of money. But Purina One Vibrant Maturity Senior 7+ dry adult cat food REALLY WORKS! She threw up an average of 4-5 times a week and now maybe 2 times a month! Besides being older (10 years old) she is healthy…

Healthy seniors need smaller bags!

My oldest is probably a picky eater. Due to gastrointestinal issues and several missing teeth for most of his adult life, I struggled to find him food, but I didn't throw up constantly. It helps. It's been six years and he's still a normal, healthy cat. Healthy weight and free access to this food 24/7. Beautiful long shiny coat and happy nature. The only problem with the mature strain is that it doesn't come in a 3.5 pound bag. For a cat that prefers "fresh" food, I vacuum sealed the bag and…

Health issues for cats

I checked the reviews before purchasing this food and most are great. I noticed someone saying this food causes thyroid problems in cats, but with so many positive reviews I figured that couldn't be true. After a visit to the vet a few days ago I was told that my cat has the exact same condition. I take her to the vet every 6 months because she is 12 years old and I want to make sure she is always ok. This was the only visit where I was told that after further testing she no longer had a health
