I haven't used the stretcher yet, but it seems strong and the price is good. I love the top and side cat entrances - sometimes it's easy to slip them into the van from the top and I can always pet them like this when the car is ajar.

I can only assume it's comfortable ☺ Love the fact that I can wrap a seat belt around it to keep it in place. What I didn't like was that my dog grew up too quickly. If your pup keeps "puppy size" then that's great. I wish I had a carrier my pup could grow into. Is there such a thing?

Very comfortable for my dog, very well made and looks good. I wanted to use the carrier in the car and then carry it over my shoulder to keep my hands free. So the shoulder strap is great. Good customer service as it originally came without a shoulder strap but this was quickly rectified.

I used to have cats and each time I had a different type of carrier. This one is my favourite. It's sturdy yet folds up to fit in a closet. The bottom panel is removable and washable (I usually put on a towel anyway). The cat has much more to see. It's also not too long and chunky.

The bag itself is good, but when I first used it, with our little dog in it, the strap broke sending him straight to the floor. It's awful having a dog in something you can trust and he collapses and drops it on the floor. The zipper has been unzipped where the pin meets the part of the clip that attaches to either side of the bag. Terrible and unsafe.

To be honest, a pretty carrier and all. I use it on my 13 lb chihuahua mix, it fits perfectly with the extra space to lay down, stretch and it goes with me everywhere. But the shoulder strap for the carrier broke, probably a week after I used this carrier. I wasn't too happy about that. When I go out and just take her for a walk (she has to be in a stretcher on the bus) I like to carry her stretcher with a strap on my shoulder, but I can't because it's completely broken!

Much lighter than old school hard plastic holders. I didn't want to because of the smaller size. Rooney is not a skinny "Cat Walk" (no pun intended) 🤭. He weighs about 10 pounds and is very fluffy. I think he was more comfortable in a smaller room. With this stretcher you can lay it flat, place your cat on it, and then slide it on. NO SCRATCHES! We're in the military and we move quite a bit, state to state. I was able to take him to the hotel and he returned comfortably.

Great carrier for a small puppy or cat. My wife and I have a 5 pound Yorkie and he had plenty of room. The floor/bed was very soft and fluffy with lots of pillows. The color was light gray and nicely neutral. We traveled with this airline and it went through the TSA with no problems. An added bonus was a strap at the back that helps "attach" the carrier to the extension handle on most panniers/suitcases.
