I would give five stars but when I tried to unplug my Kindle, the plug fell apart and part of it was still in my Kindle. Loads fast. The chord is nice and long. It was a bit tight the first time I put it in, but after that it was ok. I couldn't contact the seller anywhere about the 2 year guarantee, he says to return your order but the return window is closed so there is nothing to write so I had to write a review. I bought it on July 27th. It fit me perfectly when I received it and I really liked the length of the cord. However, it is only October 2 here and it cannot be used. The metal holding the cable in the Kindle has fallen out of the end of the cable. It started to loosen about 5 days after receiving it. Then 15 days later it was so loose that you had to hold the plug a certain way to keep it connected and charged. It's a shame, because I really like the cable length. The return date was September…

I ordered this charger to replace the original Revain short cable and charger that was no longer held in the USB connection on my Kindle 8 HD.
