Pros: I was going with Anchor but it was cheaper. It also comes with hot cold packs so one side can be hot and the other cold. I also love boron glass. Very heat resistant. They can go from hot to cold to hot again. They can take a good hit without breaking. I've had good luck separating hot and cold items between the top and bottom compartments without too much heat transfer for an hour or two. Bad: Not very easy to clean the bag. The gel pack has several holes and upon inspection it had been leaking in the box for a while because it was literally stuck to the cardboard in the box, and there were dried chunks of gel all over the saucer and lid. Carrier. I had to deep clean everything that required a soak to remove the dried gel. I would have sent it back because of this, but I was in desperate need of a stretcher as the handle on my old one broke so I had to use it immediately. I wish there was a way to get a replacement

I finally had to get my Pyrex -Replacing first generation handhelds after twenty years of hard work. There's no comparison to this new design. My previous set had a lid that fitted snugly around the entire bowl, allowing you to transport wet foods like meatballs in gravy. I bought this bowl about a month ago. I used it for the first time. I loaded it up with delicious enchiladas, put it in the oven, closed the oven, went into the pantry and then I heard a terrible explosion! I ran to the oven and opened it when I saw this!
