🥧 Pyrex 9 Inch (23 Cm) Pie Dish Review

Based on my experience, this pie dish is an excellent addition to my baking tools. With its sturdy construction, it heats evenly and creates perfect crusts every time. Its deep dish design allows for generous fillings and the wide handles make it easy to transport in and out of the oven. The only downside is that it is a bit heavy compared to other dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this pie dish for any baking enthusiast.

I like that it's light and not bulky. The lid on my large Pyrex cookware fits perfectly so I can use it as a lid when reheating or microwave cooking. It is also easy to use as a single layer cake pan. It makes a quick 2 minute omelet - just spray with cooking spray, whisk together 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons water, salt and pepper, pour over the egg mixture and microwave, covered, for 2 minutes. Add the omelet filling and turn one side of the omelet over.
