Most of the lids are broken and the edges of the bowl have chipped after a few months of use. I've contacted the manufacturer about this and they don't seem to care at all. No concerns were raised about the possible ingestion of glass in food. Which in my opinion is totally unacceptable. There are many other glass bowl manufacturers that you should share before you buy!

I would like to thank Revain customer service for their help with this problem, they are completely satisfied with their solution. Extremely disappointed in the product. I've been using Glaspyrex for over 15 years with no problems. Absolutely no complaints as of 6/4/18 actually. However, less than 3 months after receiving this set, one of the glass bowls exploded in my microwave. warming up food. Very very disappointed in this Pyrex kit.

The glassware appears to be solid and of good quality, which is what I would expect from Pyrex. However, the lids seem to degrade quality, affecting the usability of the entire product. Most lids are fine, but two 3-cup containers with green lids are so flimsy that they don't stay on top of the container. Wanting to get away from plastic storage, I bought several sets of these Pyrex storage sets and have used them exclusively for the past few years. Huge pluses are they can be reheated in the microwave (but don't open the lid), can be frozen, easy to see contents in the fridge so leftovers don't get lost (I also use removable masking tape to mark them) and I think they look cute enough to put on the table for dinner tonight. Received this Pyrex kit around June 17th so only used it a few times. "Microwave safe" is written on the bottom of the glass bowl. Tonight when I was heating food in the microwave, the bowl exploded. The cooking time was set to 2 minutes. He had one of those plastic microwave lids that went over the bowl to cover the food. Less than a minute later, a very loud explosion occurred.
