🐍 Python Brass Snap Connector for Aquarium: Versatile and Easy-to-Use Review

I always carry this and the adapter that connects to my kitchen sink so i can easily connect my water change hose. Just pop in an aerator to keep it running as usual and working like a charm. This has made life a lot easier than having to screw adapters to the sink that never seem to go right and come loose very easily.

These are high quality quick disconnects with standard garden hose threads. I bought them to make it easier to switch between different Python accessories. They are very easy to use and don't leak. I wish they would only sell them as men's and women's wear and as a pair as I needed more of one than the other and ended up with unused pieces. They are of such high quality. Will buy more when I need to replace the cheap ones on my external garden hose.

It does the job and makes connecting to the hose much easier and quicker. It easily splashes water at the joints and is difficult to remove from the faucet. I've actually left it plugged into my bathroom faucet since I first installed it for fear of stripping the threads with a wrench or pliers. Now it's probably going to get even tighter because calcium has probably built up. I recommend this unless you plan on deleting it every time you use it.

This makes swapping out Python accessories much easier and faster. I bought a couple of these snap connectors to quickly swap out the gravel vacuum hose hook and nozzle for a Python system without spilling and filling. I was concerned about potential plug leaks, but there weren't any. Highly recommended if you have various accessories for your Python system. You know what they say, the easier it is to do water changes, the more often you'll do them.
