Next time use thinner plastic. Fingerprint sucks and they covered the camera so never a good selfie. The plastic screen is so hard to clean and is easily scratched

I love the case, but ended up having to remove the screen protector from it. Even with high sensitivity turned on the fingerprint feature does not work with the case

This is great! Wireless charging works without taking the case off. It's also very lightweight. Way less expensive. Excellent case.

The only complaint I have with this product is that the casing around the charging place sometimes pushes the cord out, which stops charging. Otherwise its a great case!

I like the color and the clear back to show off my Lavender phone. The front screen cover shows a lot of smudges when I use it, I have to clean the screen quite often.

I like the look of the case, it's lightweight. I just recieced my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, and this case is too small. It says durable case, but it's so dainty and not sure how true that is.

This phone case makes it so difficult to use basic functions on your phone like text and even touch the screen. I was so annoyed for nine whole months. I love the color, that's mainly why I bought it, but gosh golly gee it doesn't serve it's purpose. It's definitely not military grade so I wouldn't recommend you waste your money.

It protects the phone well. Haven't had issues with cell reception. Only issue is having to press the touch pad a little harder to access fingerprint recognition. Otherwise it is a great case! Protects both sides of phone unlike many others. And it fits in my little phone purse.

The case looks nice & appears to be durable but once I put it on the fingerprint did not work. I turned the sensitivity all the way up & still nothing.

Dust some how keeps getting in the case! Does protect from drops but don't drop it in water, if dust gets in water will also! Touch screen function works well. It's ok for the price.

My mistake in ordering wrong case. Very easy return and another case sent as replacement. So I ordered correct case then returned the replacement. The newest case came today and was perfect. Refund was no problem

Absolutely horrible will not pick up fingerprint it's plastic I dropped my phone and it did not protect my screen it broke my screen I'm not very happy with that

I really like the case but the built in screen protector makes it hard to use the finger print feature. I really need to press hard and try multiple attempts to finally recognize my print. I did put my phone on the highest sensitivity because of the screen protector and even then its still tough. However everything else is awsome. The case fits perfectly. Very sturdy!

I wish I hadn't "saved" money and purchased this! It's pretty -- lavender -- but very heavy. Worst of all, it is nigh unto impossible to get the touch screen to respond to touch. This is VERY frustrating and I end up mashing the poor phone as hard as I can to get it to respond.I've ordered an Otterbox that I can put my own screen protector on and I am positive I will be happier, both with the quality AND the protection.

I paid more for a flimsy screen protector that I got from sprint than for this and I can actually use my finger print. I'm so happy. Thank you so much!

Only 1 problem so far, the hole for the charger is not open enough. I had to alter it in order for my phone to charge. Otherwise, very slim and fits great in my pocket while I work. I will have to add a pop socket in order for it to stand on its own, but that's fine. Works great with my biometrics.

This case looks so good on my phone however, the finger print reader does NOT work. Can't believe this little design flaw can cause such an inconvenience. Most apps open with a fingerprint. Disappointed and should have read the reviews first.

It was a decent phone case, anytime my phone dropped it never cracked or broke. But, just don't attach those cardholders onto the back I believe it may have weighed the case down and caused it to split and detach from the sides. Other than that you should be fine.

There is no hole for the camera in the front screen protector. Difficult to clean, retains oil from your hands. Phone sounds muffled, not a big enough slot for the speaker. I sent it back.
