Q-Inmass Review

It's very user friendly for our small business needs! The customer service was great as well when we had any issues with their product/service. As far as I know there isn't anything that i dislike about it right now - only minor things like needing to be able to change your password from outside of INMASSE (not an issue). I like that we can see all of our inventory in one place! If you have multiple locations this makes it so much easier to keep track across sites with similar products/inventory items etc... We used Quickbooks prior but did not find everything within QB suitable for wholesale distribution businesses which are what qinmass was designed specifically around (and priced accordingly).
