My chinchilla loves them but again no accessories are included that you could confuse with any part of the product as you cannot use it without them

I ordered these for my chinchilla. He loves to! It's thicker than I thought and my boy can easily stand on it without losing his balance. He also loves to chew wood.

My rats love it! They are very easy to set up, although it took me twice as long to install as my six rats were already trying to climb on and chew on them while I placed them in the cage. I will definitely have to replace them in the future because my rats love to chew on them and will definitely buy them again!

The problem with these logs is that they are not uniform in thickness and length. My first order had 3 medium logs measuring about 6-7 inches in length and my second order had 3 thick logs measuring 4-5 inches in length. While thicker trunks are much stronger, most chinchillas will outgrow them quickly and need more space. My 2 year old was so pushed against the cage to use them I had to pull them out.

My chinchillas love these little twigs. My only real complaint is the size of the washers and the lack of a second to clamp them properly. If they were a bit wider to stretch over more bars, they would be a lot stronger. Right now my crazy boy Frank worries me that if he convulses through the cage and throws himself at her with all his might he will break the bar on her cage. Otherwise a great product, they love them very much.
