Solid Tool - Hand Tool

This tool is nothing special. Essential for car repairs, the connectors are easy to use, they crimp quickly and the crimping tool is perfect. I press the right clamp every time. Note that the color coded dots on the instrument are the correct height for each caliber.

Great tool for the price

I used to use some cheap crimping pliers and hated crimping as the wire often pulled out. I'm very glad I switched to this ratchet set - the tool is very easy to use and the crimps are much better. The included connectors are an added bonus, making for excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money

Amazingly stylish and easy to use. Much better option than port cargo crimping machine. Reassembled the trailer and got them running. They never got sticky or failed to make a good working crimp, I have at least a few hundred crimps now. The icing on the cake was the supplied shrink sleeves.

Brother only knows about power tools

How can you be honest? I have no idea what they are or what you do with them. I bought them because my brother asked me to. He's a user and he says they met his expectations. Really high praise. He's an OTR trucker and somehow uses them on his car. I mean air lines, but I really could pull it out of thin air. He asked me to put her on his list so we can easily find her if we need her again. That speaks volumes for me.

Good crimp terminals, in a quality case, poor quality crimping tool. Great for the price

shrink butt connectors as advertised shrink as expected. They were very well packaged in a sturdy plastic case and well divided into dividers. have poor assembly, a rough shape and do not fit together. Also note that the butt connectors that come with it are rated for at least 22ga, while the crimping tool says it can only go up to 20ga.

Pretty good with some elbow grease

This is a decent set for the price and if you get the crimp right you get a nice solid connection. Heat shrinking is nice too. However, I have a few complaints about this tool. Sometimes you can't get a good grip on the metal sleeve and it won't crimp properly. The wire will slip out and the butt crimp will be wasted. If one end presses well against the wire and the other end fails, you're screwed; You'll have to cut some wire and try again (always crimp the hottest wire first for this reason).
