I like the idea that this can charge my phone and Apple Watch at the same time. I'm disappointed because it barely charges my Apple Watch. They explained that the reason they requested my personal contact information was that they were overseas with a 12-hour time difference and Revain required them to respond to customer messages within 24 hours.
