Gas cap mounts work well for shocks, struts and suspension

The only thing I would suggest to improve the product is some installation instructions. I have mechanical skills but it took me a few tries to figure out how to remove the old supports and install the new ones, other than that I'm very happy with the product.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Volume

Great product in spare form

Bought these to replace the hood pillars on my 2005 Nissan Armada. Great price and great work. My only complaint is that the metal clips that hold them in place were very difficult to remove. What should have taken over 10 minutes ended up taking over 20 minutes because I had to use 2 different screwdrivers to pry this piece off. I'm not disappointed though, for the price of 20 minutes it's not that bad! After I took them off, they were very easy to put on.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Excellent value for money

Bought these parts to replace original parts on the 2004 Nissan Armada SUV hood lifters. They failed. The dealer is overpriced. I got both as a pair for less than the price of one. you are doing great work I'm happy. Installation 5-10 minutes done by.me! You may need a small screwdriver or tool to remove the clips from the old posts. The new ones snap into place very easily. Be sure to use a support to hold the hood when removing it. Safety is the top priority.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Fits

Good alternative to expensive dealership braces

This solved my problem with the hood of the 2005 Nissan Titan. Local car dealers sold braces for $39 each. I decided to try them based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the quality of the clips which can easily twist and jam the ball seat during installation. This is easy to fix once you notice it. Before installation, check it and twist it back into place with needle nose pliers. Once installed, they work as expected.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cables shorter than others

Turns on instantly, no need to pull out the clip

These shocks fit my 2006 Titan perfectly and DO NOT waste time pulling the retaining clip halfway first as the instructions and YouTube videos suggest. They literally snap right into the rounded end of the bracket that holds them to the hood, just slide them in with a little pressure. It took me 2 minutes to put them on after repeatedly trying to get that damn clip halfway out but it kept spinning in the rack so I couldn't put it on. I finally tried to insert it while holding the clip all the…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Easier to replace than wipers

Despite what everyone else says, there's a quick and easy fix to the broken bonnet pillar that's threatening your life every time you need to look under the hood, I was ready for a smack on my hands to set them up. That's because I've never done anything with a car that drives as easily as the instructions lead you to believe. But it was literally a 5 minute fix. Literally. Five minutes. I still can not believe it. And they fit perfectly and work great. Add to that next-day delivery and I feel…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
