I like that you can do everything from one place! You don't have to go back & forth with two different programs or anything else in order get your job done!! It's all right there at once which makes things so much easier when it comes time to submit paperwork etc.. I like the fact that it is simple to use, and it also has a great support team. I like that I can use it to get all of my service requests and tasks in one place. I dislike that it does not have a way to search by date. I also dislike that I have to pay for the service, even though it is a free product. I like that it has all my accounts in one place with easy access to reports which saves me time when needing them or calling customer support. The software is not always intuitive but once you figure out how everything works then its very simple! If your looking into this program make sure there isn't anything better already available at lower cost/price point because they do have some competition right now (i think from Microsoft).
