Broke on the first try.

On first use this season and first use of this brand, the two crossbars that go through the tire broke. Top speed was 25 miles per hour. Don't buy it.

The part that helps with installation is not included

The picture waits like a restaurant menu, when you receive it it's not what you thought. Why not just combine all the pieces in the box and include them in the price?

However, the rubber chain tensioners that we bought worked great. I lost $100 on multiple chains

Do not buy these chains. I got them for my 325/65/18 tires (model number and size checked on the Cobra website) and installed them per the instructions at the base of the mountain where the chains were needed. I was going no faster than 20mph (instructions said not to go faster than 30mph) and one of the chains broke, damaging the plastic wheel arch protectors and the metal edge of my rear fender. Cobras don't belong in the snow.

I recently used Cobra Cables for a short trip up the Wyoming mountains. There was snow, mud, ice and water holes. First, the cables did not include the tensioners shown in the picture. I couldn't tighten the cables enough and they kept slipping on the tire. The hoop just spins inside them. Two cross cables separated and immediately hit the car.
