I have a steel beam in my garage and am trying to figure out how to hang my TRX. That's great. While the gym is closed I can work out in the garage. He is heavy and strong. Was disappointed with the lack of instructions but looked at the picture on Revain and easily understood.

I'm sure it's great for punching bags but I bought 4 and modified one end with an extra welded tap so I can hang it on either side can hang 2 line array speakers from ibeam. Worked great and was only able to use 2 but I added 2 extra as backups for extra protection. Professional audio hangers are 5 times more expensive than these.

Super strong and thick! Absolutely no instructions. We used the Revain images to see how it all fits together. For the installation you need two different keys. A metric system and an American standard, which is pretty ridiculous. Try to judge the size you need by eye before picking it up because if it falls it will hurt. Much luck!

As in the other review, I tried to connect TRX groups in the garage. I have an I-Beam in my garage. First I tried inserting a carabiner into one of the holes in the I-beam. Even with a large carabiner it didn't work. So I got that. Works perfect. Very easy to install. And it's super durable. I use my full body weight (200+ pounds) and it won't budge.

I like it. was ready to install. may attach instructions or diagrams for people who don't know how to assemble such things. It would be nice if there were 2 bolts that compress the ibeam for stability and the main bolts are very long, but that's understandable, my home ibeam is probably thinner than industrial ones. The inclusion of a rotating carabiner would be nice, but nothing to complain about

I bought this product based on the 4.5 reviews. However, at almost $50, this product is complete crap. Two of the four washers are missing. The two washers actually supplied are too small for the screws. Then the nuts are too small for the screws. Needless to say this item will be returned for a full refund and thank you for wasting my time.

I came across this article while looking for a way to hang a deer skinning it from a steel beam in my shed. Contrary to some other reviews, the nuts are the right size for the bolts. It comes with 2 washers but they only fit the small screws on the underside that attach to the carrier itself making them useless as the screw head never touches the metal. Mine stand on these studs but don't do anything. It would be great if it came with 4 washers as advertised to fit either side of the 2 large…

The washers that came with it were too small for the screws. Exchanged shims with Revain/salesman who said they were too small and got a second one with the wrong size shims. I ended up going to a hardware store and buying myself a set to replace the ones the seller provided. It was inconvenient to drive to return a heavy bag hanger, drive to replace washers that should have come with the product (and write down why I returned the first one) and again pay for that out of pocket what should have
