Beautiful black, very dark but the crayons are so small I only use them for sketching, try not to use them too full or me will end it quickly. I wish they were more.

This item was replaced immediately after I reported delivery of the original order for the defective parts. This time all parts were intact when opened.

Beginning chalking in the driveway. And usually there isn't much black in sets with chalk. So I bought this black chalk to complement our colored creations. While it works fine, all the chalk has washed away except for all the black. Must rinse with water. Otherwise it worked fine for us.

We bought these to add to our sidewalk chalk collection. All black, that's enough for us for a while. Good quality for the price. The package was well packed and arrived as expected.

I thought I'd buy charcoal but these are pastels. As a material, these pastels aren't as soft as I expected, but that doesn't mean they're bad. I was looking for a softer environment.
