Easy to use, it has all of our needs for now (we're looking at more features). You can make any combination you want out there when creating queues in your business or organization's website; that makes things simple! My only problem with this program was I couldn't find anything about their support team because they don’t have one online - so if something had gone wrong during implementation we would've been stuck without being able fix issues ourselves like other companies do/used too often…

This product has been very good for us, allowing our staff to communicate with each other quickly and efficiently! I love that it can be customized to fit any business needs, whether they are small or large! It's easy for anyone with basic computer knowledge (even myself) to use this product without much training needed. The customer service team has been great so far - always helpful when we need help getting something fixed/working correctly.
