Great carburettor right out of the box. I turned it on and it started right away. On a lightweight Chevy 350, 9:1 works great. I quickly adjusted the idle mixture. This engine has never worked so well. Nicely finished and light weight compared to the old holly I took off. Very satisfied!

If you know Holly is a dream, years ago I modified Holly to do what he does instantly. And the strangest thing is that you can set it up without a laptop. :) Great carbs at a good price. You can pay more, but if you can customize, you won't get more. Also the ones I have and the ones I've seen are very well done.

I tried running it turnkey but it wasn't enough to feed my 355 engine and it ran very poorly with my wideband engine. tuning shelf made and everything turned out. Works flawlessly. Delivery was quick but I noticed that the accelerator pump arm is not perfectly aligned, see attached photo. I replaced it with a plastic one from my other 4150.

Great carburettor. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Removed the old Holley and installed the new QFT SL-600, cranked the engine a couple of times, it started and ran fine. Without any adjustments, I pulled the car out and it jerked badly in all gears. The new QFT carburetor Slayer brought my SBC 383 to life, runs and runs better than ever.

Great looking carburetor and it works right out of the box. Now each carburetor has to be fine tuned to fit each engine which is like snowflakes, engines have added various components to improve performance etc so no two are alike. I turned it on, filled the tanks with gas and lit it. Once it's warmed up a few very simple fine tuning adjustments can be made and you can start laying rubber.
