Maybe it's just luck and people who gave bad reviews get different items but not me: For the price of $12 (currently) this is a very good strong aluminum pan, exactly the same like you would buy in HD. I've used many of these identical ones at home and on job sites over the years (though I've lost them) and no complaints about these. The cheapest and yet the best!

This is not the aluminum shovel I bought a few years ago. I didn't read the reviews carefully as I was so excited at the thought that I found a shovel that I love so much and use all the time. Guilty. I understand that there is another at a slightly higher price that would be more satisfactory. It is by no means a "bad" product. But it's not one of those tools you enjoy using like a larger, higher quality aluminum shovel.

And as another reviewer noted the sticker is stuck on but I removed it. To do this, I used my fingernail to dig into each corner of the sticker multiple times until I had dug enough to grab onto it, and then peeled off what I could (maybe only 1 or 2 square inches came off each corner) . Only the top part peeled off 1 or 2 inch/square leaving most of the sticker on the dust box. I then placed a piece of paper towel over the entire sticker, soaked that paper towel in acetone, covered the paper…

Very good dustpan. It's a good size, light weight and well made. This should take quite a long time. I'm only deducting 2 stars because of the large label on the pan. It doesn't peel off. The glue seems to harden in the pan. I poured hot water over it hoping to soften it. However, this label has a top plastic coating that prevents water from getting onto the paper side of the label.
