Very quiet but awkward to install

I bought this to replace the stock Wraith stealth cooler that came with my Ryzen 5 3600. While fine (and free), the Stealth ran 100% under the curve fan and was very loud despite the "invisible" name. After asking about alternatives, someone suggested BeQuiet! cooler.Install was quite a hassle, but it was partly my fault, so I'm not deducting stars for that. It took a while to attach the fan and I had to watch the installation video a couple of times before I realized that you actually have to…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Good Silent Cooler for Initial Build

So far it has already lowered my CPU temperature by 8-10 degrees Celsius compared to the stock cooler for my Intel i7-1100. Installation was pretty easy with their YouTube videos or printed instructions. As a beginner builder, I want to watch a separate video with fan installation tips. I watched the main video and dented a few fins while trying to manually snap the fan back into place. The fan installation tips provided in a separate video made installing the fan much easier without damaging…

Significant improvements in fans and cooling

Ryzen 7 3700, used Wraith stealth cooler for a few days. It was very loud and just didn't keep the pace where I wanted it to be. The Wraith's idle temperature fluctuated around 50-60 degrees Celsius and never dropped below 50. This cooler is much more efficient and almost silent. The CPU temperature is around 35°C when idling and has never exceeded 60°C under load. Installed this on an MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk board and found it a bit difficult. This is because I already had the board installed in

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Useless features

Great cooler but instructions could be better

After using the stock cooler that came with my 5600 for two days I couldn't stand the noise anymore. Also, my processor's temperature when it was at its limit was 88 degrees Celsius. So I went in search of a new quieter fan that would at least keep it cool as well. I stumbled upon this after a deep dive into Revain. Reasonable price and good reviews. Of course, it's MUCH quieter than the stock POS cooler, but surprisingly, it works a lot better. With my busy CPU I'm currently at 65 degrees…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Disappearing

Since people love to read reviews, I'll get to the bad stuff first. I just installed this, so not much can go wrong in terms of defects so far. The only major issue I have with the design is attaching a crossbar. When the cooler is fully installed, the only thing holding the cooler in place is the crossbar, which has some slack where it connects to the base of the cooler. This allows the cooler to slide around a bit without much effort. The only other minor issue is the fan mount. If you don't…
