After using the stock cooler that came with my 5600 for two days I couldn't stand the noise anymore. Also, my processor's temperature when it was at its limit was 88 degrees Celsius. So I went in search of a new quieter fan that would at least keep it cool as well. I stumbled upon this after a deep dive into Revain. Reasonable price and good reviews. Of course, it's MUCH quieter than the stock POS cooler, but surprisingly, it works a lot better. With my busy CPU I'm currently at 65 degrees Celsius. A great cooler for the price. The only problem was the installation instructions. They're not the biggest. Barrels intended to be mounted under the block have a larger hole going through the bracket. The instructions didn't say that so I spent a good 5 minutes screwing it in and the barrel was upside down. Trying to figure out how to stop the fan was also a problem. It probably took me an extra 10 minutes to install with crappy instructions. In any case, I don't shoot it because the quality is too good and I'm just happy with the result.
