🔧 Quikrete Mortar Repair 10 Ounce Review

I have used this product many times and have never had a problem. However, the user MUST be aware of weather conditions and site preparation to ensure maximum performance.

Bought a few at a home store for about £3.00 a tube. went to amazon to get more and the product info says "quantity per pack 6". I guess I would get 12 tubes if I order two. No, I have two tubes. Why the huge markup?

While it doesn't look quite like grout, it's pretty good. From a short distance and without knowing there is a fix, most people won't see it. Looks better with age and in the sun. I recommend this for the DIYer, it's a lot easier than trying to mix the grout and fix it that way.

THIS PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE PRODUCT. I complain that AMAZON sells this product for over $11 a tube. I was at Loews this morning and found exactly the product for 4.50! Very, very disappointed in Revain! We spent thousands of dollars thinking Revain was the best value ever! IS NOT IT

This is great. Used it a few years ago to reseal an old grout line around the top of the spa. I am buying 4 more to seal other areas around the patio. Perfectly preserved, absolutely no problems. Ps lyly bought it earlier. Expected to get more for other projects but panicked because I couldn't find it again. Revan to the rescue!

I had a stone siding on my house that had fallen off the brick underneath. After cleaning up the spoiled mortar, Quikrete's mortar repair specialists reattached the stone to the bricks. It's pretty solid now. Quikrete was easy to apply from a tube with a caulking gun and once dry formed a strong bond between stone and masonry.

Even without a caulking gun it's very difficult to handle. I wanted to fill small to medium cracks and this would be the wrong product. They are literally mixed pieces of debris. So for me it was a bad choice. I suppose if you just wanted to fill in the missing mortar of something like a brick wall that would be better. But it is still very difficult to dose and smooth.

I thought this would be a great repair for our brick staircase to replace the old grout between the bricks. it looks right, but it doesn't feel as hard as concrete, almost spongy. I don't think it should be because it's a product designed to fix specific problems. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. The weather conditions were ok and it didn't rain. Quite a bit of water ran out when I first opened it, which also seemed a little off.
