Good product but not the best

I have been shaving with the Double Edge safety razor for about 4 years now. During that time I've tried many different products to shave with maximum effort and have found that witch hazel is one of the best things for me and many other people. It works great as an aftershave lotion (I use it after shaving and also as a facial cleanser). I first found Thayer witch hazel unscented and with aloe. It works great and I love it! However, I switched to Quinn's about 3 months ago to see how this…

Quality control gone bad - No more scent -

I've been buying Quinn Tonic since 2016 and I really liked it. It was one of the few things that helped my eczema. However, the last two bottles I bought were heavily soiled with fragrance. The first bottle with this problem smelled so strongly of baby powder that I coughed. I figured it was just an accident so I bought another bottle. The baby powder smell was still there, but it was light, so I decided to use it anyway. IT WAS A BAD DECISION! I ended up having a terrible allergic reaction. It

Outstanding cast. to serve.

This is a 5 star rating for Quinn customer service unfortunately not for my experience with the product itself. I used a little homemade witch hazel toner then am due to the Switched to Thayer's for price and availability. Hoping to find something more hydrating, like a homemade brand, I decided to try Quinn's. Unfortunately, it feels very greasy on my skin and stings a little. I tried getting it to work to see the effect, but had to wash it off every time to stop the burning. Shortly after my…

Made from quality ingredients.

I make skin care products for myself and my family. I use quite a bit of witch hazel for tonics, hand sanitizer, moisturizers, etc. I wasn't aware that the witch hazel I buy contains 14% alcohol. Since some of the people who use my products have sensitive skin, I was disappointed when I heard about the alcohol content. I chose Quinn Non-Alcoholic Witch Hazel because I understood the ingredient list. The whole purpose of my own products is so that I can control what goes into those products and…

The first ingredient isn't gammezel?

Comes in a nice plain box, tamper evident seal intact on arrival. So far, so good. I typically use witch hazel for things like gentle cleaning and household use. I noticed that the first ingredient isn't witch hazel and doesn't smell very much. This worries me personally, I prefer my witch hazel to be a little more astringent than this. Definitely suitable for sensitive skin, just not sure about the antibacterial/cleansing properties. I understand this is marketed as a tonic, but all the other…

5000 STARS! to skin care

I've struggled with acne since 9th grade and have used every product I can think of. Proactiv, Oxy facial products, Aczone, Cetaphil, St Ives, Neutrogena acne products, TOOTHPASTE, benzoyl peroxide gel, you name it and I've used it. Now I'm 23 years old and my skin is clear and really clear! I read an article on Snapchat about "The 3 best and worst products for your skin" and in fact I used the worst of the worst. So I threw them all away and bought 2 of the top 3 products listed in the…
