Piece of Shit - Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets

Worked first time and everything. I was meticulous about cleaning after the first time, splashing until clean water came out. When I tried to use it the second time it didn't download.

Pros
  • Sprays and distributes juice evenly
Cons
  • Safety

Smart contraption

I love quirky things. This is an especially good gadget when you are on a diet. You can sprinkle lemon or lime juice (even grapefruit juice) on salads, herbs, and fish. It's always fresh. That's easy. And that makes for a topic of conversation.

Pros
  • Height 93 1/2mm, diameter 24mm
Cons
  • Some bugs

Perfect gift for kitchen and dining room

Pretty basic product with no major flaws. I bought these for my fiancee's stockings last Christmas and we've used them half a dozen times. No complaints and as expected nothing special. Just a fun kitchen gadget.

Pros
  • Serrated teeth for easy fruit placement
Cons
  • Problems

Simply good. suitable for kitchen and dining room

It's actually incredibly hard to hit fruit with a spritzer, but when you put it in, it squirts pretty well. However, I think slicing a lemon or lime and juicing takes less effort, and I'll probably wash that spritzer and pass it on to someone else.

Pros
  • Small and easy to store
Cons
  • No instructions

Seems to work well for the kitchen and dining room

I've only used this with two lemons but seems to work well. That's a great idea. I plugged it in and it worked after a few pumps, after that I just had to pump again. It wastes a lemon, but you can find a use for what's left if you like. I put mine in a small saucepan with the cinnamon and vanilla and let it cook. Leaves the whole house with an inviting scent.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • Good but not great

Whimsical New

Whimsical Right. I did soften the (yes, juicy) lemon by rolling it as suggested, but unfortunately this is just a novelty in my experience. It sprayed weakly and I had to hit again to get some more out when I realized it wasn't worth the effort. Instead I got one of those old school domed things with a handle - works like a charm! Again, it was fun because of the novelty, it's just not practical.

Pros
  • Easy to disassemble for cleaning
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

I couldn't believe it actually worked

I didn't have high hopes for this kitchen gadget as these things are usually just gimmicks. I was shocked when I put it in a lemon, pressed the spray button and lemon juice spilled out. GREAT! A trick to ensure the juice flows is to roll the lemon to release the juice. I love this item and even bought another one as a gift. The person I bought it for didn't seem happy when they opened it but told me how cool it was a week later and couldn't believe it worked. She has since bought one as a gift…

Pros
  • Plastic
Cons
  • Hard to tell
