The most important thing I like about the software is its user interface. It's easy to use and very intuitive. So far my experience with this software has been very good and everything works as expected. We are using this software to help us manage our pipeline, create and send emails and all other actions related to our pipeline. There isn't anything that we dislike at this moment.

In the beginning you can have a lot of different options for how you want your data organized and displayed. It's a great way to keep everything organized and to be able to see at a glance what needs done next. I dislike that when I open up multiple tabs or windows and jump back to my dashboard, all of the information gets dumped into one tab or window instead of having the old information still open when I return. The tool allows us for fast data entry into campaigns with ease! It's easy enough so we could train some junior members without creating any serious issues or glitches later down-the line as well (we're only using basic functionality at this time). There are few minor bugs which can be sorted quickly but nothing major yet either - just making sure everything works like clockwork before I move beyond simple onboardings & set up integrations within our CRMs/Salesforce etc..
